Patricia King and the Seer Gift!

Hi There... I took Patricia's course, "The Glory Realm" back in 2000  and it was such a help in opening my eyes to believe that there was another realm.

Here is a good episode from her show where she interviews James Goll-- another great seer.

Enjoy! Lots of meat in this episode.
Remember, it's your right to see in the Kingdom.  Everyone can see.

By Faith... My Journey to See

Photo from Photobucket.com
I was ministering earlier this week and one lady was getting touched mightily as we stepped into Heaven by faith and received from the corner of Jesus' prayer shawl.  The other lady standing on my other side was having a hard time with it all because she couldn't feel or see anything.

The lady who didn't "receive" any manifestation that she could feel, see, hear or touch was humoring us... so I thought I might be able to encourage her with my experience.

You see,  there was a time when I couldn't feel, see or hear anything in the spirit realm.  I mean nothing, not one crumb.  I took Patricia Kings "Glory School" in 2003 and over 50% of the crowd were manifesting as she did some of the activations and I got nothing!

I was a little disheartened to say the least.  I did like how she used the word of God as her foundation. At the end of the conference I brought her manual home and put it on the shelf and never looked at it again.  However, I did tell Holy Spirit that if this was for me then he would have to train me up in how to do this. This was a pivotal confession in my life I realize now.

The next couple of years I look back and see how Holy Spirit kept putting visionary type preachers across my path.  Plus Holy Spirit really had me get grounded in the word even more than before.  You see I had head knowledge but I needed heart knowledge that I could stand on.

Then in 2006 I started street preaching and boy did I ever get lessons in the spirit realm.  Thank God for Todd Bentley and his teaching about Power Evangelism because the scripts the other ministry gave me were not working!  They made people really angry and argumentative.

You know, you never realize how real the spirit realm is until it starts hitting you over and over.  It's like Sherlock Holmes said,  "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be truth."   There were times when I would be preaching and I would get hit by an invisible bomb.  It would try to knock me back and all my thoughts and words would disappear and I would be left in a daze for a few seconds.

Now I've talked a lot and never, ever have I ever had that kind of experience. Praise the Lord it never stopped me for more than a few seconds. It sure left me with some questions about the spirit realm.

Then as I searched for answers I listened to Todd teaching about marking out your claimed preaching area so that the Kingdom of God could manifest in your little area.  It sounded like a cool idea so  I marked out a 50 foot stretch of road the next time I went out to Sparks Street to preach.

All was going normally when I heard  a man cursing a blue streak as he headed towards me.  I mean he was yelling the foulest words I have ever heard!  I stopped preaching because he was so loud no one would be able to hear me.  When he got to the edge of my 'claimed' area he went mute!  I mean the whole lunch time crowd stopped and stared at what was happening.  This man walked right by me and looked at me like "Who are you?" and I just smiled with compassion.  The second he got to the other end of my claimed area he started cursing again.  Don't try to tell me that  didn't happen! That evil spirit  using that man had to bow to the name of Jesus! (Turns out he had a great job in the gov't. but they had to give him a sound-proofed room because he could not stop swearing.  Sad eh?)

Can you see how God set to work to prove how real the spirit realm was to me?  He's so patient with us!

Then I heard Holy Spirit asking me to set aside more time to seek his face -- alone in my secret place.  As I came apart Holy Spirit would ask me occasionally, "What do you see?"  Usually it was black and then I would see a flash of light.  I always  asked him,  "Is that right?" and he would help me to see more clearly. This went on for a few years and Holy Spirit helped me to see more and more.

That's how it all started with me.  Slowly, ever so slowly.  Some people get it by impartation but I didn't.  So I'm here to tell you that if I can do it so can you!  God's no respecter of persons.  Just set your heart on His will for your life and he'll lead you step by step.

The truth is that the veil separating the holy of holies  from the most holy place has been torn.   We are already seated with him in Heavenly places.  We are to set our hearts and minds on things above now.  Every spiritual blessing is ours in heavenly places.  If God wants our physical eyes to be healed (and we know he does),  then how much more does he want our spiritual eyes to be functioning to see the Kingdom that is our inheritance and our eternal home?

Let's agree together: "Thank You Lord for teaching us step by step how to engage your kingdom more and more by faith.  We believe we receive insights and direction as we worship you and wait on You. Amen!"

Have a great day with Him!

Run a Strife Check

I wrote this for the Facebook Group, "Come To The Table" May 17, 2013
"Run a Strife Check"
Scripture: 1 Pet 3:3-6

I remember the time I was praying and praying and getting no answers. I was getting really frustrated, asking, "God don't you care? Can't you see what's going on here?"

I sat down after my kids were in bed and said, "That's it! I'm not leaving this chair till you tell me what's going on and how I can change this situation."

I had no clue where to go so I opened my Bible and it fell open at the page where this verse jumped out at me, " Where there is envy and strife there is every evil work." (James. 3:16)

Hello! God had my attention now. I was so frustrated and upset with my husband I could spit. Not good I know, but he didn't want to talk to me so any hope of discussing the issue was postponed for the moment.

I asked Holy Spirit what the big deal was and he told me to go to 1 Pet. 3.... As I started reading, it resonated in my spirit. It reads, "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight." (1 Pet 3:3-4)

That's a laugh. My Spirit was anything but gentle. I was born for war and I loved winning. A quiet spirit? Hmmm that needed some thought. How to have a quiet spirit....peaceful, content, relaxed where the connotations I got as I meditated on this verse.

I could see that I had some work ahead of me. I continued reading and then I got slammed by Holy Spirit as I read, "For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to adorn themselves. They submitted themselves to their own husbands, like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear." (1 Pet 3:5&6)

Whoa, whoa, whoa! I couldn't believe God was telling me to defer or give in to my husband when he's wrong! I thought, "How stupid is that? I mean what's the point of having a brain if you're not allowed to use it!?"

Holy Spirit put up with my tirade for a bit and when I had quieted down he said it's a trust issue. You don't trust me enough to let me work on him for you. You're manipulating and controlling things to meet your own desires.

Nailed! Holy Spirit got me again. All I could say was, "You're right."

I had to start trusting Holy Spirit to work in my husband's life and not interfere. I wasn't allowed to control or manipulate situations to get what I wanted, no matter how much my flesh screamed. When I went to the Lord and complained, He responded, "Didn't you mean it when you said you wanted to be a living sacrifice for me? Didn't you mean it when you said that you would pay any price to carry my glory?"

He was right, I just wasn't expecting that my cross would be so hidden and inglorious.

So, while I was waiting for the Lord to work on my husband he was working on me. I learned how to go to him for strength for the day, for help when I didn't get the sleep I thought I needed, for comfort when I didn't get the support I thought I needed, for protection when we came under attack, for provision when the money ran out ahead of the bills, for good teaching when I was alone.

I can look back and thank God for all the hard times cause it's made me so much stronger in God. I know with certainty that there's a promise for every situation I'll ever face and that my God is backing me to the hilt. And Praise God I even found some scriptures to help me to become a gentler woman! Hallelujah!

So now when my prayers aren't getting answered I immediately ask the Lord where have I missed it or dishonored my leaders (husband, pastors, etc.) I've finally learned how to keep my heart with all diligence! Yahoo! God's good!

I hope my story helps you avoid some of the pitfalls I went through!

Bless you today!

Crocheting detour

Well, I did it.  I finally opened up my crocheting storage bin after a years break to see if I could make these fancy 'Robin Hood' style slippers.  It felt like Christmas!  It was so nice to be able to create again.  Just have to find the balance in life so that I don't go overboard again and miss out on time with the Lord.

I listened to some great preaching while I was crocheting these pieces.  I keep a note pad handy so I can write down any insights I want to work on.

I thought I was ready for Christmas when I got a request from my daughter.  Turns out my grand daughter loves her new Barbie doll and could I please make her some clothes?  Ha ha,  I scoured the internet and took out a few books from the library and found a few patterns I thought I could do.   Finding the right kind of yarn was a bigger challenge. I found the dress while I was searching for suitable yarn.

Here's what I ended up making while  I listened to some great preaching and watched a boring movie with my hubby.

Two hours for a little hat and keyhole scarf!  The stitches are so tiny that it takes forever to crochet anything.   I even did an internet search looking for Barbie clothes to see if I could find a deal and save myself a few hours and found that there is not much out there.

Went searching the next day for yarn and couldn't find any so I called a friend and she had some leftover baby yarn. PTL!  I got it from her and finished this outfit.

It wasn't a waste of time because I was able to review many of my good confessions and build myself up in the word.  Jedediah Tham says that in many cases our times with God are unfruitful because we haven't spent enough time in the word of God.  No word in your diet equals very little to chew on or meditate on.

Looking back I can see where having a full diet of the promises of God has helped my meditation time.   Lots of Word gives Holy Spirit lots to work with, lol.  Also, lots of word in your diet gives you lots of discernment because, "the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. (Hebrews 4:11-13)

Powerful eh?  So the key is to make sure that your activities don't leave you spiritually starving for meat.  You want lots of good word in your diet so that Holy Spirit can breathe on it and make it a living word for you in your devotional times or meditation times.

Let's activate this with our words: "Thank You Lord for giving us a hunger for your word.  Help us to always make time for your word and protect our meditation times from intrusion and spiritual attack.   We want to bear lots of fruit for You, Lord Jesus!  Amen!"

Bless you!

How to Stay Strong.

First thing in the morning... last thing at night.
I have been at this Christian walk a long time.... over 30 years and people used to tell me to slow down or I was going to burn out.  I am here to tell you that you don't have to.

Some things I have learned along the way are to keep going to my daily devotionals.  I have two from KCM, Faith to Faith and Pursuit of his Presence.  There have been others along the way but those two have gone the distance.

I also have had books along the way to help me speak the right things over my life and to help me turn my belief system around.  My book shelf is full of encouraging,  faith-filled books.

I keep a daily journal where I write down the things God tells me during the day and the songs I have been singing.  At the back I write down all the scripture decrees he has showed me for quick reference so I can go over them every day and make them part of my life.  Many of the 'confessions' in this blog are from the back of my journals!

I talk to the Lord like he's right beside me and I listen for his answers.  I try to make time to check in with him many times a day.  He doesn't mind me being a question box as long as I listen for his response. The Psalmist sang, "Evening and morning and at noon will I utter my complaint and moan and sigh, and He will hear my voice." (Ps. 55:17) I am not saying you always have to complain but it shows how interested God is in hearing us!

I try to live by the verse which says, "Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts." (Col. 3:16 NLT)  I try to sing in tongues or English most of the day.

Daily bible reading is a big help.  If the Bible is 'dry' I will look up the reference scriptures that the daily devotionals suggest, or look up the scriptures that I heard from the last meeting.  Sometimes I ask Holy Spirit if there's somewhere he wants me to go to answer a question I have had.  Many times I just ask Holy Spirit to give me a greater love for his word.  He's faithful to answer if we ask.

I keep a very short account with God.  I literally will not go to bed if I know that I have offended or hurt someone. I go humble myself and ask forgiveness.... especially to my children and husband.  There have been times when they were in the wrong and still Holy Spirit would ask me to go humble myself and just offer forgiveness.  Blessed are the peacemakers!

These are just a few of the ways that I have kept the fire burning hot over the last thirty years.  If I can do it, you can do it because God is no respecter of persons! (ref. Acts. 10:34)

Have a great day with him! I bless you with the courage to do what Holy Spirit is asking you to do.  The joy he gives makes any sacrifice worth while. There is nothing like it this side of Heaven!

3 Keys to Releasing the Rivers Inside of You

I was trying to make a video clip and I lost 2.5 hours worth of work but I remembered what the preacher taught! This is from Ezekiah Francis.  He is an apostle from India and he really loved the presence of God in our church, (www.theoasis.ca or "Kinburn Revival" on Facebook, Kinburn Revival on YouTube).

He said that there is nothing to wait for.  "Quit singing, "One day, one day..."  We have already gotten all we are going to get.   The main key is to release the power of the Holy Ghost inside of us.  We have all the creative power of the universe inside of us already." (ref. Col. 1:27).

I believe that.  God promised to meet all our needs according to his riches in glory (ref. Phil.4:19).  Thank God he didn't say Heaven.   We can get to the glory realm every time we worship, are thankful, by sowing and obeying.  Those are the four main doors that I have discovered thus far (another teaching for another day)

In his presence we should ask Holy Spirit what we are allowed to decree or call into being.  That's the time to speak all the prophesies that you have over your life.  That's the time to pull down the provision you are waiting on.  That's the time to obey whatever Holy Spirit says to do or say.

You might think I am crazy and that's okay, but God did that!  He waited till Holy Spirit was moving before he spoke things into being. (Gen. 1:1-3)  Even Jesus learned to wait upon Holy Spirit.  He himself said, I can only do what I see my Father in Heaven doing. (John 5:19)  Since he was on earth when he spoke this, he was relying on Holy Spirit to show him what was going on in Heaven much the same way we need to wait on Holy Spirit.

Holy Spirit is the only God agent on the earth.  He is our guide to walking in the spirit, too all things pertaining to life and godliness (ref. 2Pet. 1:3).

Ezekiah then mentioned 3 keys to releasing the rivers inside of us.

1. Expand your spirit.  Reading your bible will really help. He reads 10 chapters in his bible every day.    We read a lot of commentaries and how to books in the Western World but many of us have gotten away from reading our bibles (myself included).  We need to strengthen ourselves with His might in our spirits. (ref. Eph 3:16)

2. Guard your  heart.  Proverbs. 4:23 reads, "Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life."  We (myself included) need to be careful what we are allowing into our ears and eyes-- our spiritual gates.

3. Listen!  One word from God can change your life.   Reading your bible will help you tune your spirit back to heaven's frequency.  According to Ezekiah, the very best way to grow in your listening ability is to pray in tongues, then ask for the interpretation.  Speak in tongues at least 1 hour  a day and ask for the interpretation every so often.

I started out as a baby christian singing in tongues and the song's were helping me so much that I blurted out, "What am I singing Holy Spirit?"  I immediately got the interpretation.  I really do believe we have not because we ask not (ref. James 4:2).

Ezekiah prays in tongues a minimum of 3 hours before every service to prepare for it.   He challenged us to pray in tongues for one hour a day, asking for the interpretation so we would grow.

As I was writing down these notes in my journal I got, "We will yet do greater things than these!"  Holy Spirit wants this for us.

So I decided to give what he said a try.  I have a hard time setting aside the time to read 10 chapters at once but I can do 1 chapter in the morning, one at lunch, one at supper etc.  I was pleasantly surprised how peaceful I became after a stressful morning.  It works!  Reading one chapter of my bible helped me to refocus and I realized that what was bothering me wasn't really important in the grand scheme of things.

May I dare you to try this out?  It's helping me.  I know we are all busy, but he's worth more than anything in our lives-- isn't he?

Let me bless you now.  "I bless you with the ability to press in for more of God.  May you (and I) always have a hunger for his word and His presence.  May the zeal of the Lord consume us and may we seize the moments every day to obey and bring his Kingdom to the earth.  I declare you are blessed to be a blessing everywhere you go, in Jesus' name. Thank You Jesus that signs and wonders follow us as we obey your promptings today. Amen!"
