Hi there... I have been pressing in for more.. Seems like when I want a breakthrough that the best thing is to quit doing so much and spend time seeking Him.

I also asked the Lord for a carrot  because, let's face it...  we are normally Martha types and want to be doing....  not trying to still our thoughts and listen for his quiet voice.

Who's Your Source?

Peace Lilies I was given this week.

I got asked for money by a man and I don't even know them, some fellow in a far off land. I responded honestly, "Do you realize how many requests we receive every week from people like you? We can't possibly give to everyone who asks.  I am looking to God to supply my needs too!"

He thanked me for responding and said that the Bible says to ask.  He's right, the Bible does say to ask-- to ask God.  He is our source... no one else.  It's right in the Lord's prayer of Matt. 6:11, "Give us this day our daily bread."

I think he was referring to the text, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you..."(Matt. 7:7) If you take this verse by itself then it implies you can ask anyone for help.  If you take it in context of the paragraph, Jesus says in a later verse, " If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?" (Matt. 7:11 Italics mine)

So is it wrong to ask people for help? I would say no, but, you are limiting yourself to the natural realm when you do this.  It is very easy for people to limit themselves by focusing on people to get our needs and wants met.   We limit God when we do this and miss out on his supernatural provision.  He has so many more ways to meet our needs than we have ever dreamed.

We can turn people into idols when we look to them for our supply instead of God and we don't want to do that.  Even us wives have to be careful to go to God with our needs and not our husbands all the time.  God can use our husbands to meet our need but he also has many other ways to supply our need.

It's the same for employees looking to their paycheck to meet their needs or a pastor his congregation,  we can all fall into this trap rather easily.

The world will never take care of you as good as God will.  He has promised to meet all our needs according to his riches in Glory.  So it's our job to praise and worship him and when we feel Holy Spirit around us ask him what we are allowed to speak into His presence and glory. It could be a promise he's given you, divine connections, favor with the right people, provision for the vision, our daily bread plus more so we can give on every occasion.  Holy Spirit will tell you what to speak.

As you speak God's promise to you out loud, thank him for answering.  Then bless the Lord with your thankfulness  and praise during the day and watch what will happen.

-I have seen God look after me so many ways it defies description.
-I've been crows supernaturally appear on my farm when we couldn't rid of pigeons that were wrecking our hay. The pigeons left in a hurry! PTL!
-I've seen bees appear supernaturally from I don't know where to set up a hive on my property after we gave up trying to entice bee keepers onto our farm.
-I've seen lightning and rain on 3 sides of our property and our place stay dry so we could bale hay the next day.
-I've seen a little five year old give me peace lilies when God heard me say I would love some but don't have the money right now (on Thursday).
-I have had a motorcycle given to me and two cars so far and I didn't go ask anyone for them. I just kept praising him.
-I have had 4 new careers when I didn't know what I could do that would be lucrative.  God opened doors supernaturally.
-I watched in awe as my 8 cylinder car ran on empty for 10 days, many hours a day because I was strapped for cash.
-I saw a fellow arrange for us to get 3 winter's worth of wood free after my husband got laid off. We weren't asking anyone for help, but God knew our situation!
-I saw carrots grow to over 16 inches long when I loosed the power of creation into the seed.  What a testimony for my grandmother.  She asked me, "What did you do to that seed?" Ha, ha, it was a good witness to God's  care for her.
- I have seen food multiply so everybody could eat and there was lots left over. Hallelujah!  It took away my fear of having people over unexpectedly.
-Finally, I have had people track me down to give me money and I wasn't asking for it.  God knew my need.

God is no respecter of persons. (ref. Acts. 10:34)  What he has done for me he will do for you.  Let's all practice looking to God to give us our daily bread and not other people. It will help all our relationships to flourish.

I bless you with a hunger for God's word and the ability to take him at his word. May you find new joy today as you trust God more. Amen!

Suspend Your Reason!

"And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night." (Exodus 13:21)

This is an amazing verse to me.  Can you imagine how big that cloud was if it could cover 6 million plus people spread out in their homes to shade them?  It boggles our sensible minds. The author of this picture obviously had a hard time wrapping his mind around the concept.

You think that's a stretch?  The Bible says that we are for signs and wonders! (ref. Is. 8:18) That's something to meditate on, lol.

I recently heard that if you want to walk in the Supernatural of God you will have to suspend your reason-- Guillermo Maldonado. Interesting how our minds with all their reasoning and methodology will cancel out Holy Spirit's nudges and we end up missing out on the best God has for us.

I have not arrived.... I still have occasions where I out reason Holy Spirit, but I am getting better at stepping out of my comfort zone.

I tend to be the one that reacts fast at critical moments and then after I think, "Boy was that stupid!" ( which incidentally is the voice of the accuser).  Yet,  I have seen so many miracles because I just reacted and spoke and acted from my heart  as Holy Spirit led.

So I want to encourage you to do what your heart says to do, not what your mind says.  Our minds are always at least 10 seconds too late!

I want to stretch the limits of my mind. Maybe you do too?  We know the Bible says that with God all things are possible.... but somehow we exclude ourselves from this verse. Maybe we say, "I don't deserve it, I'm not praying enough, I'm not special enough".  Whatever the reason, it's not good enough to not take God at his word because he doesn't change and he doesn't lie and he's doesn't have favorites!

Therefore I am reprogramming my mind with good confessions.
God, You are more than enough for me.  I believe I receive the supernatural ability to take You at your word today.  I believe I receive all my daily needs met today. I believe I receive opportunities to bring Heaven to earth today. I believe I receive words of destiny and encouragement for people I see today.  I believe I receive words of knowledge for sicknesses and spiritual strongholds around me so I can set people free today.  I choose to live a supernatural life today with Holy Spirit and I thank You Lord that I can bring you joy today with my steps of obedience and worship.

Open Heaven then What?

The visiting Evangelist told us  that we have an open Heaven over our church. I have heard this before from other visiting leaders and I know we do.

So what do we do next?  How do we get it to spread?  That's what I am asking the Lord these days. This move of God has got to get outside of the church walls!

It is nice that people are experiencing visions and supernatural encounters and yes people are getting saved and healed, but something in me is not satisfied.  There is a longing inside me for more, for something deeper.   He has promised that if we would seek him that we would find him when we seek Him with all our hearts.

So I am going to continue seeking Him every day and  I will record the songs He gives me and write down all the visions He shows me.

If you are hungry for more than pray with me, "Lord we want more of You in our lives because nothing else matters,  You said that the pure in heart would see Your face, so we are coming.  We determine to surrender all for You, for Your presence and for Your pleasure.  May we bless Your heart today Lord.  Holy Spirit help us to hear Your precious voice and give us determination to obey you at all cost. Amen"

Help From Heaven

You know... It's been a rough week, and I just want to be with the Lord, so much. I thank God, for Jesus and for what He's done for me. There's no high like the Most High.

We are seated with Him in heavenly places, right? (Eph 2:6) Our minds, our whole beings are sanctified by the blood of the lamb, right? (1 Cor 6:11) We've been renewing our minds with the Word of God, right? (Rom 12:1-3) Our imagination is part of our mind, right?

God wants us to use our sanctified imaginations to help us dream and visualize heavenly things and the future. (Joel 2:28 & Hab 2:1-3) If Ezekiel can see visions about wheels and Paul and John can go visit Heaven, then I can too with Holy Spirit. Remember, without a vision, (or a dream), the people perish. (Prov 29:18)

"Holy Spirit. You are my guide in all areas of my life. Please show me more of heavenly things. I want to see more. Holy Spirit show me something today, please. I believe I receive in Jesus' name."

Let us pause for a moment or two.

I sense there are angels here - precious... beautiful... awesome angels.

"Lord how many are there here now?", I ask.

I sense that there are 10 now in the house; two for each person, plus a warrior angel and a communications angel.

It's been a tough week. Every thing that can be stretched has been stretched.

"What are the angels for Lord?", I wonder.

"Protection mostly." I hear the words in my mind, bubbling up from my heart.

Holiness. He's so, so... "HOLY".

Immediately, I say "Lord forgive my wrong words. I just want to soak in Your Presence so much."

Tears are starting to flow... Holy Spirit is moving in like a cloak around my shoulders.

Whoa... So precious, is one's fellowship with Holy Spirit. "Holy Spirit, you are what I'm living for. You are what I long for everyday."

I pause for a minute... just to enjoy His sweet presence.

The communication angel is saying "peace... peace... peace", and I am crying in response to the power contained in this one, single word. How the Lord hears our heart's cry, so well.

I note that the warrior angel is different from the one that helped me at the Department of Justice. He's about eight feet tall, and His wings are so huge they would fill half my living room. There is a blue glow, like a luminous mist all around him. He has got a huge sword in a sheath by his right side. It's glowing gold with jewels in it. His tunic is so brilliantly white, that I wanted to shield my eyes.

He is silent... I sense, (from Holy Spirit), that he wants a testimony, to take home to the angels.

"In Jesus' Name I release you, Angels to fight and win against the Lord's enemies," I command.

He left with a very determined look. There was no smile on this angel's face. I sure am glad that he is on our side. He has been here before, I realize.

Wow! We are never alone. Never!

"Lord, does he need help?", I ask.

"Yes, help would be nice," I hear Holy Spirit say.

"In Jesus' name, I call the angels of Heaven down through the portal I've opened with my praise and worship. Thank You, Lord, for the open Heaven here. Thank You, for the deep, deep well of your Presence that I have dug on my farm. Thank You Lord for the multitudes You are bringing here for refreshing, encouragement and sozo; everything replaced, everything fixed better than before in their lives."

The Lord says that I am supposed to share this on my blog with you. (Ha ha.) I am not crazy. I am just walking tight with a Supernatural God. I am here to testify that the Spirit realm is very, very real. It's more real than the physical realm we live in.

The communication angel just walked into the room. He is about 5'9" tall. He is the size of a large man, with no wings that I can see. He is dressed in a toga-like tunic, with a cape over his shoulders. He had the most beautiful book in his left arm and there is a pen holder on his belt. I thought at first it was for a dagger, but I see that it's for a pen-type instrument. He is motioning to me to quit typing.

He is showing me "names" in a book, and I start to blubber before I can even recognize the names he is showing me.

Every person that I have ever prayed for... every person... will be in this book.

I keep asking if I am hearing him right. It's too wonderful... too amazing.

He keeps saying it over and over... His voice is gentle, yet insistent, a baritone or bass. It is very melodious. I am having a hard time getting my mind around this. I see a picture of the Lord's hand reaching down to someone on their descent... into hell.

It's just a flash, but it leaves an indelible imprint. He means this.

The angel is turning the page in the book that he is holding. A breeze began as he did this. He's reaching for my hand. As my hand touched the page of the book, I felt a rush of air that enveloped me. It "is", as he said.

It is true! Hallelujah! The "man" that has been on my heart, that just committed suicide, is in Heaven. Hallelujah! It is giving me such peace and comfort to know this!

I find myself taking deep breaths, as I revel in the wonder of these new truths. It is taking me a while to compose myself...

Thank You, Holy Spirit, for opening my eyes to see wonderful things in Your Word and in the spirit.

I bless you as you go. I decree that you walk in an open Heaven with Holy Spirit and that he is going to show you how to walk in Heaven while you walk the Earth.
