Divine Mandate

This Article from Elijah List is really ministering to me so I'm going to share it.  The full article is here...   http://www.elijahlist.com/words/display_word/11719

"Far too often many devoted saints throughout history gave themselves to the work of ministry but somehow lost the intimacy and communion that brought them consistent anointing and power. A loving Personality communicating with His people is a dominant theme throughout the Scriptures. Where He finds a place of receptivity among humans, He shares insight, direction, correction, encouragement, and promise through various manifestations of His Spirit.
Consequently we must invest ourselves in intimate exchange and sacred fellowship with the Lord and be completely unwilling to compromise that relationship for any purpose. Notice the heart cry of the apostle Paul. Even after many years of powerful ministry, his passionate desire was to "know Him, and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings" (Philippians 3:10).  (That's a good warning eh?  Can't get too busy doing for others because the cost is too high!)
Besides the Great Commission to bring the Gospel of salvation and power and the more important necessity of having intimate relationship and exchange with the Lord, a third mandate that is perhaps equally as important – to be the agency through which the entire earth is to be filled with God's glory."...

Then the Lord asked Isaiah the question: Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us? Then I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8
When Isaiah yielded himself to this commission, he heard the unusual instruction coming from the Lord concerning the eyes and ears of the people of his generation. They were to be rendered spiritually blind and deaf. Grace was not given for that generation to see with their eyes nor hear with their ears God's unfolding plan of redemption and His determination to fellowship with a Body of people on the earth, spreading Kingdom authority.
Jesus emphatically quoted this passage in His discourse to the religious leaders during His earthly ministry as well. From among all the people living in Jesus' day, only a small remnant received the Messiah and the life He imparted (Matthew 13:14-15; Mark 4:12; Luke 8:10).
As Isaiah's instruction continues, the Lord states "lest they see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and return and be healed" (Isaiah 6:10). Healing occurs when our eyes and ears are opened and our hearts are permitted to understand.

Healing the Breach
Healing is not merely the restoration of bodies and emotions, but more importantly the restoration of the breach between God and humanity. That is why our adversary has so emphatically opposed the impartation of revelatory gifts.
We can only participate in this Kingdom plan to the extent that we "see" and "hear" with Spirit "eyes and ears," thereby eliciting comprehension to our hearts. This insight cannot be the mechanical articulation of words with merely an intellectual perception of the Almighty's sovereignty and glory. We are recruited when we are "overcoming" saints anointed with the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation who view, comprehend, and experience the unveiling of God's kingly authority, dominion, and glory and give expression to it.
The prophet Isaiah was granted the great privilege of seeing Heaven's design at the throne of God as seraphim declared to one another: "Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of Hosts." They were allowed to see with their eyes demonstrations of His majesty and authority and give expression to it. Their words began to fill the temple with smoke and glory through the witness of their eyes and the expression of their lips the revelation of God sitting upon His throne in absolute and perfect supremacy and sovereignty.
As the seraphim gave glory to God and God received the glory due Him, more of His divine attributes emanated to them causing an even greater demonstration of praise and glory. This Kingdom exchange and heavenly design continued filling the atmosphere with the glory and illumination of God until the entire temple was saturated with the appearance and revelation of His glory.
That is the fashion of Heaven to be transferred to earth and our assignment – to create an atmosphere on the earth that is consistent with His nature and character in which He can dwell. If we can fulfill this mandate, all the other purposes and desires for which we long will naturally be established and achieved by His Presence and anointing resting in us.
Certainly, Isaiah must have been compelled to likewise participate in this exchange of glory, yet he recognized the unworthiness and impurity of his own lips to give glory to God in such a holy surrounding. Fortunately, the provision of Heaven purified him and removed his uncleanness allowing him to give glory to God.

Who Will Go For Us
This commissioning of Isaiah was not as a prophet. The Scriptures plainly report that he was already functioning in the office of a prophet long before the experience of Isaiah 6. Perhaps, Isaiah was being asked "Who will go for Us?" to begin filling the earth with the glory of the Lord of hosts as witnessed in Heaven before God's throne.
Isaiah observed the atmosphere surrounding Heaven's throne. He saw Heaven's design created around the kingship and dominion of the Lord and the unveiling of His glory as seen by those witnessing the nature and character of His kingly authority.
In a similar way, this same atmosphere must be created on earth in His Bride, for the Lord's dominion and Presence to be fully manifested in our generation. That is the will of Heaven being done on earth. It is the creation of the environment in which the Lord is able to dwell. This eternal atmosphere of glory and beauty provides a surrounding consistent with His divine nature and holy character. This is our lofty mandate.  (Awesome eh?  Now we know why it's so important to let Holy Spirit show us stuff in heaven when we worship and feel his presence around us.  Those pictures are very real!  They are opening the door to greater revelation of what's happening in Heaven and what God wants to do on the earth.)

There's no Greater....

I got this song a few months ago and it keeps coming back to me,

"There's no greater,  no there's no greater,
Thing I could do, thing I could do....
Than to lay my life down for others
Than to lay my life down for You."

And it keeps repeating.  It's from the scripture verse in John 15:13, "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends."

This was a theme in Jesus's life,"... just as the Father knows me and I know the Father--and I lay down my life for the sheep." (John 10:15)

Then we see the disciples picking up this theme of laying their lives down for others. "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers." (1John 3:16)

Today's modern soceity doesn't talk much about this theme.  We like it theoretically, but when it comes right down to it, we don't want to do it.

I think parents know a bit about sacrifice, especially moms.  Babies can be very demanding and the needs don't disappear as the babies grows up, they just change.

So where is Jesus' leading us with this statement?  I think we need to ask the Lord for ourselves  because each of our circumstances is different.

Last winter it meant  that I was spending a whole lot of time promoting my church and getting them presence on the net using youtube clips instead of doing my own stuff.

It seems like such a loss but hang on-- why is Holy Spirit so happy with me?  Why is his joy filling my life in a new way?

There's a secret success that we will never realize as long as we have ourselves as the focus.  Holy Spirit is able to look after our 'stuff' if we will give it to him.

He knows the dreams he has put in your heart better than you do.

He is able to look after you far better than you ever could.

So, I have learned that when it looks like things are hopeless, start praising the Lord because it's always darkest just before the sun rises.  Hallelujah! I know the sun's giong to rise again!

Let's pray: "Lord Jesus, I ask that you would encourage every person reading this article.  May their hopes be reignited.  May they know that you have not forgotten them.  May they realize in a fresh way that it's not just about the goal--it's about the fellowship along the way.  May they sence your presence in a whole new way and may they remember and recite all the promises You've given them and all the testimonies you have given them. Bless them in a fresh way today I ask. Amen!"

Encouragement Yesterday

I've been so busy that going out to the malls seems like a lifetime away.  I stole some time away from the church video stuff and was listening to Todd White for a bit.  (Here's one of the clips I did
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjk_jgDYRrw   There's a bunch of them.  Just look up "Kinburn Revival Todd" on youtube.com)

I was thinking about what Todd said, "I have these encounters because it's who I am, not because it's what I do."

I gathered from what he said that he doesn't have and on-off switch.  This is who he is.

That's who I want to be.  So in the grocery store it's easy to tell a mom about her beautiful baby and all the great things he's going to be good at when he grows up.   It's easy to tell a mom that God loves her and says she's a great mom.

It's easy to help those who come across your path because that's what Jesus would do.  Love isn't meant to be something you turn on or off.  We are wired to be 'on' or 'in love' full time.

Not feeling loving towards someone? Ask!  Holy Spirit will always give you more love for people if you ask him. (ref. Rom. 5:5)

Only when we walk in selfishness is love turned off.  Therefore, our goal should always be to make sure that love is turned on.  When we seek our own we are no heavenly good, but when we deny our own ambitions then love is turned on bright in our lives.  And only Heaven knows the difference we can make.

Todd also shared somewhere how important it is to share encouraging words.  He's seen dozens of people who said they were suicidal find hope through God's words spoken by him.  We too can prevent suicides with encouraging words from Holy Spirit.

Love is encouraging..... We don't need to have a prophetic word or a word of knowledge to give an encouraging word.  Most times I don't have one.  I just have Love and when I open my mouth I am sometimes surprised at what comes out.  We can all give God our mouths and our wills so that he can use us. Let's be living sacrifices for Him today and special ambassadors of God's love today.  Let's be free from the fear of what people will think, or what they will say and just focus on Jesus and how happy he is with us. Amen? Amen!

Bless you!

Suspend Your Reason!

"And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night." (Exodus 13:21)

This is an amazing verse to me.  Can you imagine how big that cloud was if it could cover 6 million plus people spread out in their homes to shade them?  It boggles our sensible minds. The author of this picture obviously had a hard time wrapping his mind around the concept.

You think that's a stretch?  The Bible says that we are for signs and wonders! (ref. Is. 8:18) That's something to meditate on, lol.

I recently heard that if you want to walk in the Supernatural of God you will have to suspend your reason-- Guillermo Maldonado. Interesting how our minds with all their reasoning and methodology will cancel out Holy Spirit's nudges and we end up missing out on the best God has for us.

I have not arrived.... I still have occasions where I out reason Holy Spirit, but I am getting better at stepping out of my comfort zone.

I tend to be the one that reacts fast at critical moments and then after I think, "Boy was that stupid!" ( which incidentally is the voice of the accuser).  Yet,  I have seen so many miracles because I just reacted and spoke and acted from my heart  as Holy Spirit led.

So I want to encourage you to do what your heart says to do, not what your mind says.  Our minds are always at least 10 seconds too late!

I want to stretch the limits of my mind. Maybe you do too?  We know the Bible says that with God all things are possible.... but somehow we exclude ourselves from this verse. Maybe we say, "I don't deserve it, I'm not praying enough, I'm not special enough".  Whatever the reason, it's not good enough to not take God at his word because he doesn't change and he doesn't lie and he's doesn't have favorites!

Therefore I am reprogramming my mind with good confessions.
God, You are more than enough for me.  I believe I receive the supernatural ability to take You at your word today.  I believe I receive all my daily needs met today. I believe I receive opportunities to bring Heaven to earth today. I believe I receive words of destiny and encouragement for people I see today.  I believe I receive words of knowledge for sicknesses and spiritual strongholds around me so I can set people free today.  I choose to live a supernatural life today with Holy Spirit and I thank You Lord that I can bring you joy today with my steps of obedience and worship.

Bless you today!

Vision & Video

I have been wanting to advertise all that God has been doing in our church (www.wcca.ca or Kinburn Revival on Facebook)  to encourage others.  We have not arrived by any means. We are just a group of people with a hunger for God and some awesome pastors that are encouraging us to grow in our gifts.

I am learning Adobe so I can make dvd's of the services. An off shoot of this is that I can make video clips of some of the highlights.

So I thought it would be a good idea to share this clip.  As you can see, I have a  lot to learn about stage presence and public speaking skills. Yet... people told me there were blessed by what I shared!

Pastor Darren's word after I share is especially encouraging.  If God can use us than He can certainly use you!!! Be encouraged!  Here's the link:

Life is not Fair!

Life is not fair!  There's just no way around it.  I can't find a verse to say that I'm justified in demanding justice from people.

We want to retaliate, to make them pay and that can be a problem if we focus on the wrong issue.  We don't fight flesh and blood. We fight spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. (Eph. 6:10-18)

Yup.....  that person that hurt you was a pawn in the enemy's hand.

We don't want to play into the enemy's hand by retaliating and hurting them back. We want to give it over to a higher court and let the true judge look after our situation. (ref. James 4:11-12)  This is what forgiveness is. He has promised to repay.

The best thing we can do is bless them with a revelation of Jesus' love and that they would fulfill their God given destiny.   Not fair!  I know... but no matter what they did, they don't deserve hell.   Hell was not designed for people.  It's a jail for all the wicked spirits that rebelled against God.

Forgiving  people works and the price for unforgiveness is too high. (ref. Matt. 18: 21-35) We forgive and bless so that we are like Jesus, who didn't trade insult for insult. (ref. Luke 6:22-23) We do it "without complaining or grumbling so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe." (Phil 2:14-15)  That's a good reward for not complaining and grumbling.

Let's keep working on it.   It gets easier and easier as we  practice.   God's glory will be released on us in greater measure because we chose to react the way Jesus did.  He lived a life of love and we can too. (ref. Eph. 5:2)   We choose to put away all evil speaking and malice and we choose to be kind to others, tender hearted, forgiving everyone even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us. (ref. Eph. 4:31-32)

I bless you today. May you have his joy in your journey with him and may you hear his well done today. Amen!

Wal Mart Words

I was at Wal Mart a few days ago and I thought, "Gees, I haven't given anyone an encouraging word today." I started praying and I spied a pregnant lady. Aha! I love prophesying destiny over babies.
As I walked around looking for the lady I started asking the Lord for one word for her.  You see I knew from Psalm 139 that the number of thoughts God has for us are uncountable.  All I needed was just one of his thoughts about this lady.  I knew from past experience that Holy Spirit has lots to say, so I boldly made my way, not having one word... yet.
I found the lady and asked if I could share what the Lord had given me.  As soon as I opened my mouth I all of a sudden knew that she was carrying a boy and that he was going to be a leader.  He had a special gift of wisdom too.  She was really blessed and let me pray for her for an easy labor and delivery.
As I walked away I was thanking God for the opportunity to bless this lady when I noticed that I was hearing words for each person I glanced at.  It was totally amazing!   I looked one way and got, pain, forgiveness and despair when I looked at three people. I stopped and looked the other way and saw hope, veil and knee at another three people.  Everywhere I looked the people had labels that I could hear inside of me when I looked at them.
I could have stayed there all night giving out destiny words to people.  God really wants this for us saints.  We are the generation that's going to make a difference.  Greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world.
Lord show my sister and brother how to walk in this.  Show them how many thoughts you have towards them. Help them to hear your voice more clearly in their quiet time with you and to jot down all the precious things you show them. Give them faith to see in the spirit like you did Jeremiah. Thank You Lord that Your love flushes out all fear in them.  Thank You Lord for going ahead of them and giving them a couple of opportunities to share encouraging words with people who will be receptive and appreciative. Amen! (Psalm 139:17, John 10:27, Hab. 2:2-3, Jer. 1:11, 1John 4:17)
Bless you!
Big hugs,

Hospitality

Hospitality is a big part of my life.  I really enjoy having friends over and I regularly help at church functions.  You can usually find me in the kitchen or serving food.

As our churches grow I am finding that volunteering is one of the ways to better get to know people.  It's hard to build relationships when we meet,  have church then take off right away.  I am finding that to build trust I have to build relationships first.  I can't expect trust where there is no relationship happening.  As I know a person better, I feel I can trust them more and more.

I had a couple of nice chats with a few ladies in the kitchen yesterday and it just confirmed that I am in the right place.  I bring my ministry gifts wherever I go.  I can give an encouraging word wherever I am.

I remember a time when the wife of our guest speaker came into the kitchen and helped us do the dishes after pot luck.  We tried to tell her that we would do it, but she wanted to stay and help.  She was such a blessing and we got to ask her questions about ministry and the adventures she had been on.

She really encouraged my daughter to go to bible college.  She made quite an impact on us.  So many people want to be served, and yet this great lady was helping us clean up.

I never forgot it.  I try to lead by example too.

My pastors are great servants.  Many times I have seen them working behind the scenes or helping with the food while others are blissfully unaware of what's going on.  Somehow we get it all worked out and people get to eat and everybody is happy.   It's a joy that stretches us at times!

Anyhow,  that's my thought for the day.  Blessed are the volunteers, because God is rewarding them!  We can never out give God and as we are faithful in the little things He will add to us the bigger things.

"Thank You Lord that we are growing in favor with you and with people.  Thank You Lord that Your light is shining brightly through us!  Thank You Lord for using us today.  May we always be available to give an encouraging word or a empathetic ear to those around us.  Thank You Lord for anointing all the work of our hands. I decree more creativity and blessings flowing through our hands from now on. Amen!"

Bless you more than before, in Jesus' name!
Big hugs,
Brenda Gale Thompson

Flowing With The Holy Spirit

I love how our church encourages people to step out in their gifts.  I know I am growing faster because I am using what I have already been given.   I had a couple of new experiences last Friday that I want to share about as encouragement in case it ever happens to you.

A lady that I got to pray for last Friday night crumpled when I laid a hand on her.  I felt a roar of indignation come out of me, Like "How dare you devil!"  I wasn't sure what the roar was all about but it felt good! It was interesting that she felt she had to throw up as soon as I put my hand on her.  When she crumpled I felt Holy Spirit insist that I keep my hand on her until he gave the release.

I asked the Lord what her problem was and he showed me some growths in her abdomen and she confirmed it when I asked-- fibrosis.  She was mightily healed and felt much, much better.

I prayed for another lady after the preacher had to move on... he had felt the lump in her throat... moving.   So I asked the Lord what to do and he gave me a few words of knowledge and a prophetic word that weren't about healing at all!  I shared with her the words the Lord gave me and the direction I felt the Lord was prompting her to look for work in.

It was very cool... as her heart was encouraged and healed from emotional wounds her physical body responded as well.  She must have thanked me 10 times.

Interesting eh? The Lord knew that emotional healing would remove the enemy's access point to attack her physically.

Next, on Friday morning as we gathered to pray for the evangelism team,  I suddenly got a sore back when I looked at a fellow so I asked if anybody had a sore back.  He said that his wife had just called and her back was extremely sore and she felt unable to look after their four young children. So we gathered around him and prayed for his wife that she would have a great day, that God would heal her back and that God would send encouragement and support her way via a phone call or visit.

It pays to ask the question when you get a word of knowledge.  If no one responds all you have lost is your pride. I have had people come to me later and say, "Remember that word you gave? That was for my mom that I have been praying for."  So, my thought is be obedient and let God look after your reputation.

I gave out some words of encouragement to a few teenagers before and after the service.  I wasn't going to but the Lord kept at me so I obeyed. (Funny and tragic how quickly we can get caught by protocol and rules into doing nothing)  These young men were not in the ministry line waiting for someone to pray for them and I didn't have a person with me when I prayed either.  (Another protocol broken!)

One fellow was sitting behind me and this well of encouragement came out for him. I ended up praying that he would get a double portion of my song writing ability.

With one young man the word was about him coming out of the shadows because he was already a mighty man.  Also, the Lord was very strong about not condemning himself because He was so proud of his 'tries'.  He had a statesman's anointing and I felt it  had the potential to go Canada wide.  PTL!

Finally, I want to share that I missed it with team member.   For the last two days whenever I looked at her I got a little pain in my rectum area.  I meant to go ask her if she had an issue with hemorrhoids or something down there but never got the opportunity to ask her privately. I was not shocked when she shared about having tests on her colon. Now I know that that little pain I got was a real word of knowledge.  PTL!  I'm still learning and that's okay! Holy Spirit will do something else to cause people to pray.  He's able! There is no condemnation for us! None! (Rom. 8:1)

I hope this helps you when you get opportunities to minister to people.  Holy Spirit is faithful, he's never let me fall on my face yet!  (Luke 21:13-19)

Lord what you have done for me, do for this precious person too. Give them boldness to step out of their boat and make a difference for you. Help them to ask clarifying questions to determine which way you want them to flow in every situation.

I decree that you rule and you reign through Jesus Christ. (Prov. 18:1, Rom. 5:17)  The anointing you have received abides and remains on you.  The holy of Holies is inside of you right now and you are building yourself up in your most holy faith by speaking and singing in other tongues. (1 John 2:27, Col. 1:26, Jude 20). Amen!

Bless you!
Big hugs,

Love And Heart Healing

I was at the License Bureau in Carleton Place this am and a little boy of about two years old came in with his mommy and friend.  He was playing with a little red dinky car and I felt God's love for him. I asked the Lord a couple of questions to clarify what I was getting and then I approached the Mom to ask if I could share what the Lord was giving me as a way of blessing for her son.

She was all for it so I mentioned how her son had a grace gift of wisdom on him and that he wouldn't break her heart as a teenager.  There were a few other points the Lord gave me that I shared and I made sure that I mentioned Jesus in the conversation.

Then I gave out Million Dollar Bill tracts to all the people waiting and started telling another young lady what God had impressed me to share with her.

Then I shared with a different couple about the healing services at our church every Friday night and to bring anybody that might need some healing. I told them how much it grew my faith to see peoples' legs grow out in front of me and that people were coming from a long ways away for healing.

Are you starting to wonder what caused all of this?  I mean I didn't pray in tongues for hours before I went out. I just thought about how much God loved this little boy and the river flowed.

I'll tell you what happened.  We have some great people at our church that are really experienced in facilitating inner healing.  A few weeks ago Holy Spirit nudged me to go see them and I obeyed.  You might not think I would need to as I've been a Christian for 25 plus years and I am on the ministry team at church, but in some cases being on a ministry team means you should go for regular check-ups because of all the spiritual retaliation that can happen.

I went on Thursday morning and the people were very kind and gentle and Holy Spirit showed the man what he wanted us to visit and heal.  I said, "Sure," and it was so amazing.

Initially, I had a picture in my mind that was filled with pain and abandonment and then when the Pastor asked me to look at it again with Holy Spirit, it was like a transparency was laid over the picture and I could see all the glory and angels protecting me.  Did it ever change my perspective!  I was never, ever abandoned!  I was so wanted!  I could feel the scars melting away as I absorbed this new perspective.

Then the Pastor felt to pray that the stings I was getting because of my boldness would not hurt anymore.  That was really cool.  I could see a swarm of wasps flying around me but they couldn't sting me. Hallelujah!

I felt like I was 10 pounds lighter on the way home!  I knew all about the ministry of inner healing and had done seminars with John and Paula Sandford as a young believer, but this took it to a whole new level.

Is it any wonder that my ministry gifts would be much stronger after such a revelation of the Father's love and care?

I ministered powerfully to many people last night and then this morning it was as natural as breathing. Yay God!

I guess I want to encourage you to go for inner healing/counseling if Holy Spirit nudges you.  I had some concerns that what I shared might be used against me but then Holy Spirit showed me one Sunday that our church was a safe place to grow. That clinched it.  I don't ever want to hurt anyone and if my getting fixed up means that I can help others more, I am going to do it.

I bless you today as you pursue Jesus.  As you focus on God's love for those around you the gifts will flow, in Jesus' name.  Now go have fun with your Daddy. He loves you so, so much!

Big hugs and blessings,
Brenda Gale Thompson

Change Is Good For Us

Hi there.   I just happened to notice this verse. "God will hear, and afflict them, Even He who abides from of old. Selah because they do not change, Therefore they do not fear God." (Psalm 55:19)

I started thinking about that and how much I have changed over the years.   Change can be good for us, if it's a change towards spiritual growth.

Another version talks about a wicked man and how there are no changes in him because he doesn't fear God.

I guess that means that if we fear God we will be willing to change, right?  I agree.  Therefore, Lord show us how to change.  Show us what area you would like us to renew our minds in and lead us step by step into renewing our minds. (Rom. 12:1-2)

I want to walk in the "anointing I have already attained." (Phil 3:16).   I am tired of getting victory in one area of my life, then starting to work on another area of my life and losing the victories I had previously.

Has that ever happened to you?

There was a time when you couldn't pay me to over eat.  I had just come out of two major fasts and was doing fine.  Then the Lord had me start working on gentleness and revival scriptures and I noticed within a month or two that I was starting to over eat on occasion.  What happened?  I let the victory slip.

I asked Holy Spirit how to maintain the anointing and He said to confess one or two scriptures a day that help me in that area of my life, to maintain the anointing and to guard my flesh in that area of my life.

The same thing can happen to you after a siesta or holiday.  You might have finished a season where you were giving out many, many words of knowledge or praying for the sick every day.  Then you take a holiday and after the holiday you notice that you are letting ministry opportunities slip by you.

Well I have good news for you.  The anointing you have received abides in you and if you will do the same things that you did initially to walk in that type of anointing, it will come back to you... just faster this time. (1John 2:27)

A good way to stir up the anointing is to pray in tongues. Another way is to recount all the miracles and healings you have experienced or witnessed before.  Remember, the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophesy. (Rev. 19:10)  As you remember what happened before and start to give thanks, the same faith  and anointing is present again, to do the same kind of miracles.  There is no time or distance in the Spirit.  So if it has happened before, it can happen again.

On that note, I am going to try to make sure that I have a couple of self control confessions every day, a few boldness confessions, faith confessions, revival confessions every day to keep myself strong in all areas of my life.  Then I won't lose any ground.  I will always be growing and changing.

I Bless you in Jesus' name. May you have fun with the Lord today. May He encourage your heart and help you to laugh at yourself in a good way, knowing that He loves you right where you are.  Amen!
We serve an amazing God and you are blessed, in Jesus' name! Amen.

Big hugs,

Discretion

I am learning discretion.   It's never too late to learn something new, right?  Well I am getting better at this.

There are times when it's better to walk out of a room when a couple is about to start arguing so you don't get involved.  No one likes to be corrected or embarrassed in front of somebody.

There are times when you would love to say something but you know it would not be received the best way, so it's best to be quiet.

The Lord once highlighted the Bible verse, "without holiness no one will see the Lord."(Heb. 12:14)  As I pondered this verse and it's implications I heard the Lord whisper, "With greater and greater holiness, more and more people will see Me in you."  Wow!  That's a treasure to go after.  Talk about putting a huge carrot in front of this girl's nose.

As I asked the Lord how to walk in more holiness He showed me that walking in the fruit of the Spirit is walking in Holiness.

So...that's my thought for the day.

I am so happy to say that it is working.  I was helping at a wedding a few days ago and I wasn't doing anything in particular except taking pictures there.  Later, two people commented to the bride about the aurora around me. They felt strangely drawn to me for no apparent reason.

I know what it was.  It was Him shining through me.  To God be all the glory!  That really encouraged me to keep pressing on.

Let's pray:  "Lord you have a special plan for the person reading this and I know you want them to know about it. Please show them what to work on today in this season of their lives and show them how you are using them today.

Thank You Lord for encouragement today.  Thank You Lord that you will never leave us or forsake us.  Thank You that Your word is always true and we bind ourselves to your precious word and all your promises. Thank You Lord for the supernatural power in your word to bring each promise to pass in our lives as we meditate on them and declare them over our situations. Thank You Lord that Your revelation light will dawn on every situation we face as we ask You for your wisdom.  Thank You Lord for sweet fellowship with You today.  Thank You Lord that we always want more of you.  Thank You Lord for prompting us to pray in tongues more today and to sing more in tongues today. ( Acts. 15:32, Rom. 12:8, Heb. 13:5, John 17:17, 2Pet. 1:3-4,  Ps. 112:4, Deut. 29:29 1John 1:3, 1 Cor. 14:18,  Col. 3:16)

Thank You Lord for using us today... so much.  Thank You Lord for making our lives so worth living.  Thank You Lord for all the fruit our lives will bring You.  Thank You Lord for redeeming all our mistakes and turning them into blessings for us. (2Pet. 1:4-8, Rom. 8:28)
Amen!

You are blessed and highly favored by the greatest King of all, Jesus!

God Is Not Mean Or Vindictive

I just recently heard about a Christian who is suffering right now and is having a hard time working.  Apparently this person is having a hard time trusting God with all the responsibilities of life.

So the person who told me about it said, "Well maybe God allowed this so that the person would be forced to rest."

Ask any worrier and they will tell you that being at home does not mean that you will not think about all your problems. Actually, you will have more time to dwell on all the things you need to do but can't.

Second,  the Lord is not schizophrenic.  The Bible says, "For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to the children of men." Lam 3:33  Therefore, since God can't lie and He doesn't change, there must be something else happening here. (Mal. 3:6, 1Sam. 15:29, Num. 23:19)

Psalm 91 will give us a good clue. It says that "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, will abide in the shadow of the Lord.   I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge, my fortress, my God in whom I trust. "(vs 1-2)

That's our part to do.  We choose to dwell.  We choose our thoughts and our words.  Our words can either invite the Angels to hang around us or the bad guys to hang around.  It is all our choice.

I can tell where you are headed by the words you speak.   Life and death are in the power of your tongue (Prov. 18:21). You believe what you say about yourself more than you believe what anyone else says.

Psalm 91 has more to say about the person who chooses to abide or dwell with God.  No evil will come near their home.  That's one promise I love!  Let's read this Psalm together aloud. It's got some powerful promises that we can put to work for us.  (The Angels hearken to the voice of His word, so let's give them lots to do!)

1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you
   from the fowler’s snare
   and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
   and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent (home).
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
   to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
 14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”  (Psalm 91:3-16 italics mine)

Amen!  Now I know you are going to have a good day.   You keep speaking God's promises out loud over yourself and you will have a great day.

You are blessed to be a blessing!   Let's pray for this person. "Lord we agree that this person I heard about is coming out of this attack far better than before. I speak life over this person and I say, "Be whole, Be Healthy, Be sound in your mind and full of Holy Spirit! I cast down every negative, idle word spoken over this person and I say rise up! in Jesus' Name. Rise Up! I speak peace to every situation they face and  revelation to every problem and joy to everyday issues they face.  Lord send your angels to help them get back on their feet. Give them testimonies for every trial they face, in Jesus' name! Amen!

Thanks for agreeing with me.
Have a great day with Him!

Flowers!

What a nice surprise!  After supper my husband made me close my eyes and then put some flowers with a card in front of me.   The card said "A more real way to recognize your work at the Mall helping people.  Dad and kids."

That made my day!  Better than the word I gave out at the grocery store even.   That is the first time my hubby has done something like that to affirm my prophetic ministry.  I was stunned!

So ladies, do not give up hope!  Get some powerful friends to pray for your marriage and your ministry, like I did and watch God break through!

Special thanks to my friends who were praying for me.  It was tough on my family because I was gone so much at the mall. They managed to survive without me, I am happy to report.  I am trying to work myself out of a job you know.  Who wants to be the maid of the house forever? Not me!

Anyhow,  Let's keep praying the word:

Thank You Lord for giving us better marriages than we ever dreamed possible.
Thank You Lord that “The secret of the Lord is for us who fear/revere You. (Psalm 25:14)
Thank You Lord that the secret things belong to You, but the things revealed belong to us and your children forever. (Deut. 29:29)
Thank You Lord for revealing the secrets we need, to break through our situations as we pursue You. (Ps. 112:4)
Thank You Lord that Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path (Ps. 119:10).  Thanks for showing me nuggets in Your word to help me grow into Your likeness.

Thank You Lord that the work you have begun in me, You will finish. (Phil. 1:6)

Okay, somebody needs to hear this. It's His job to finish the work in you.  Your job is to be available and teachable.  He has promised to lead you into all truth. He is faithful and He cannot lie, so relax and enjoy the journey. Really,  relax and enjoy His sweet fellowship.  You bring delight to the Father's heart every day.  It's not about the spectacular finish. It's about the day to day walk and talk with Him.  That is what He is after.  That is what His heart cries out for.  His heart can fellowship with the whole world at the same time and still have room for you. He is that big.  So don't grieve His heart.  Just tell Him You love him more than anything else, and show it with your choices.  Amen.

Bless you!
In His love,

Sunday School Yesterday & How to Start Prophesying

Sunday school went really well yesterday.  We had a fairly short class and since the girls have been going over the basis of prophesy I thought we would focus on how to get ready to give a word.

First we praise and worship and stay thankful because that's how we draw the manifest presence of God around us.  Also, He inhabits or is enthroned in the praises of His people (ref Ps. 100:4, 22:3)

Second,  we pleaded the blood of Jesus over us and asked the Lord to show us if there was any sin that would hinder us from hearing His voice (ref. Is. 59:2).

Third, we checked to make sure our motives were right. We want to bless and encourage people.

Fourth, we asked the Lord to "shed His love abroad in our hearts".  (Rom. 5:5)

Fifth, we asked the Lord to give us a word to encourage someone and asked Holy Spirit to confirm the word to them when we shared it.

Then I went on say that when we are in public places, we can ask the Lord to highlight someone to us. Sometimes, my eyes will be drawn to a person over and over again.  Other times I will see a person and immediately a word pops into my head. Sometimes, I will look at someone and  get a feeling of hurt, anxiety, or pain and I know God wants me to go talk to them.

These are just some of the ways God will highlight a person that He wants you to share with.  So keep asking clarifying questions and don't  let fear grip you.  The Bible says that the righteous are as bold as a lion.  "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind." (ref. Prov. 28:1, 2Tim. 1:7)

When you go up to a person  always ask their permission to share the word you got from the Lord with them.  I have only been refused once in many years and I think that was because they were in a hurry and thought I was going to take too long.

When speaking to the person leave out all the Christian jargon that they might not understand.

If they are broken up because of the word you gave, ask the Lord what to do next.  Sometimes, I have been allowed to pray for people right in the grocery store!  If they do not want prayer that is perfectly all right. You have planted some supernatural seed into their lives. I always carry million dollar bills that I give out before I leave.  They have the gospel message on the back and when they are ready I know Holy Spirit will use the words on the tract.

We then practiced giving words of prophesy.  The Bible says to prophesy in proportion to your faith (Rom 12:6) so  we picked a man we didn't know and asked the Lord for one word each for him.

After praying for a minute each of the girls got a different word for him.  I wrote down what they said in point form and asked the Lord and them if they wanted to elaborate.  It was really good stuff.

I was so blessed to see the willingness of these girls that I asked them if we could do one more person.  There had been a man at the front of the church that I felt to go hug at the beginning of service and I didn't because of protocol.  (See how easily fear can shut you down?)  Anyhow,  I wanted to somehow make it up to him so the girls and I prayed and we got some neat words.

One of the girls got the word 'coffee' and I thought, "Coffee what?"  Immediately I heard that the Lord likes having coffee with him.   So I put that together with the other words and the girls were able to add more thoughts to the words they got.  It was awesome.

We gave the prophesies to the resepective men  and  I found out that the 'coffee' man said that the word was bang on for him.  Isn't God amazing?   You should see how excited these young girls are to teach the Sunday service how to prophesy!  That's going to be an interesting service.

Let me pray for you now:  "Lord I ask that You would help this precious person to share  Your words of encouragement and love with others.  Give them lots of words to share and the boldness and compassion to do it well.  We give you all the glory for what You have already started to do in them. Amen!

P.S.  Make sure you write down all your exploits in your notebook.  Then you can ask the Lord questions about each prophetic encounter later on.  There are always ways we can improve. Also, you will have lots of encouragement to get you excited to go out again.

Teaching Sunday School Class How To Prophesy

I am teaching Sunday school tomorrow morning and we are continuing to learn about prophesy and how to do it.  The kids are a blast because once they realize how easy it is they will want to give words over everybody they meet!

We are going to go over some scripture background (John 4 the woman at the well, Acts 10 about Cornelius and Peter) and then I am going to get a volunteer to stand behind a door and ask the kids to write down the word or impression that they get for that person.  If it goes well, I will coax another person from the service upstairs to come down and help us out.

I am excited.  I long to get these young people empowered so that they can go out and make a difference in their world.

I will write another post tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

"Bless you! I decree that we can all prophesy according to the measure of faith we have. Thank you Lord for giving us boldness to step out of our comfort zones and faith to believe that we do hear Your voice clearly. Amen." (ref: 2Cor. 10:13,  Eph. 4:7, 1Cor. 14:1-25,  2Tim. 1:7, Prov. 28:1,  John 10:27, Mark 16:15-18)

Carve Out Your Zone

I know we are supposed to be God's glory carriers but have you ever wondered how that pans out in  real life?

I did.  I remember worshiping and asking the Lord to flow through me one day and then I got told to go to the mall.  I thought, "What's this about?", but I obeyed.

I got to the mall and I had stopped to ask the Lord where to go next, when a lady appeared in front of me, all of a sudden, to ask me something.  When she got close there was, what I would describe as an explosion in the air between us. She immediately burst into tears and kept telling me, "Thank you, thank you, thank you."

I replied, "You're welcome. God bless you."   As she walked away, I asked the Lord, "What was that all about?

He told me that the demon had to leave because I was carrying His presence around me.  Cool eh?  I immediately declared that she would be free forever.

I know this stuff is real.  At work this week I asked the Lord how to help the people because there are so many colds going on around me.  The Lord told me to heal them.  So,  I claimed healing for all the people close to me  and I cast down any negative, idle words that they had spoken.  They don't know better after all.

Guess what?   They were all better by Friday.  I just kept ignoring their negative confessions and when one lady said that she toke some vitamin c and she was not getting sick, I said, "I can agree with that!"

So there you go. I grew in this ability over time and so can you. I started taking authority over stuff affecting my own body first.  (1 Pet. 2:24, Rom. 5:17,  Phil 4:6, 1Cor. 2:16, Psalm 103:3-5) Then I started helping my family. Then once I knew how to stand and resist the devil for my whole family,  I started helping my friends and my work-mates. (James 4:7, Matt. 10:8, 1Pet. 5:5-10)

For example,  one time at work, I started to notice that after breaks, strange, weird things would happen on the production line.  I got tired of all the problems this was causing and started asking God what was going on.  The Lord told me that these people were picking up their evil spirits on break, while outside the plant and bringing them back in.  Something in me rose up and said, "No way! This is God's turf while I am here."  And I realized that I was affecting the spiritual climate of the whole plant.  Amazing eh?  It's true. We are destined to be more than conquerors through Him.  We are spreading the fragrance of Him everywhere we go. Hallelujah! (2Cor. 2:14,16, Rom. 8:37)

In conclusion, I want to encourage you to start where you are at.  Learn to walk tight with Holy Spirit; like He's your best friend, and He'll show you how to take authority over all that would try to come against you and what angels to release to fight for you.  Believe you receive when you ask Him specific questions.  He wants this for you.  As you learn to trust Him and obey Him you will grow in authority.  The best part is you are destined to win.  You get to keep batting till you get a home run! (2Cor. 2:14)

Lord, I ask that you bless the person reading this.  May they grow in revelation regarding Your plans for their lives.  May they hear Your voice more clearly and know Your great love so much more, each and every day.  Go ahead of them Lord and prepare the way for them, (Eph. 2:10).  Help them to expect divine appointments every day. Give them a hunger to wait on You and seek You every day. Thank You for giving them the right words to speak to each person. Thanks. Amen!

Choices at Home

I was talking to a beautiful lady the other day. She is busy looking after her own three preteen girls and on top of that she is caring for two other preteens. So you can imagine how busy she is.

Yet when I went to her house it was tidy and clean and ready for company. I was amazed! "Where do you get the time?" I thought. She doesn't stop until the evening when they watch tv as a family.

I was telling her about what I've been learning about the Lord and that's when the cat got let out of the bag. She admitted, "I haven't done a Bible study in years, really."

The alarm bells went off in my head. She has all these beautiful children in her house and her spiritual gas tank is empty. You cannot give what you don't have.

I remember an older friend telling me once in confidence that she wished she had spent more time in the Word when her children were young. She really valued a tidy house and her three children kept her busy. You know how it goes. She didn't see the value in investing in herself spiritually. Now it's too late. You can't go back in time.

I never forgot her words. I wonder what the Bible has to say to help us? Let's read a bit.
"Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me." And Jesus answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. "But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her." Luke 10:37-40

So the good part is to sit at Jesus' feet. Easy in theory, but how do we do this? I have 4 children, a husband, a farm and a full time job!

Priorities is the answer. I have to keep prioritizing my life and making hard decisions as the Lord leads. My house is not immaculate. It gets cleaned regularly, but on any given day it will look lived in. I want to get a wall hanging that says "The house was cleaned yesterday. Too bad you missed it." I will not be embarrassed or feel shame because of what other women say or think because they see some mess or dirt. If the Lord approves, who are they to say anything?

To help free up some time I have trained my children to help. We all do the laundry (does it ever end?) LOL. If someone is doing the dishes then another one will go feed the horses.

In addition, I rely on teaching cds. I play them in the kitchen when I am cooking, baking and cleaning up. I play them in the car and try to remember the scripture references, or I make notes at stop lights.
cd player is there!

You probably won't believe it but I have a Bible in my bathroom. Sometimes life is very hectic! I make moments to be with the Lord and then I chew on a scripture verse while I am working.

Over the years the Lord has weeded out many hobbies and crafts from my life. It's all about choices. I can't remember when the last time was that I watched a whole movie. Many of the crafts I used to do I have given away.

He's worth it. He's worth it. One snapshot of Heaven, one miracle healing, one word of knowledge that turns a person's life around... it's worth it all.

So how did I start? One baby step at a time as the Lord led me. He'll lead you too. It might start out with a devotional in the morning then maybe a teaching cd on the way to work. He'll show you. He wants this for you more than you can ever know. I've been working on holiness for 20+ years, so don't compare yourself to me. Just begin where you are. I promise Holy Spirit will help you.

"Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice." Ps. 55:17 That's a good goal to have. Try to talk to the Lord and read the word, even one verse three times a day. Also, make sure you ask Him what He would like you to say or do. Have fun! Your life will never be the same!

Remember, embarrassment is a big one for us ladies. Many ladies don't want company if the house is not tidy enough because of fear of judgment. I have had it happen to me. I refuse to let anyone or anything dictate my life. If Holy Spirit approves, then I am not going to worry about people. If they judge me because the house isn't clean enough, too bad. It's their problem. I say, "Lord help them. They don't know what they are doing." Amen?

So many people have come to my place and been helped because there was good food around and my spiritual gas tank was full, so the gifts were flowing. When I started this journey I had no miracles, healing, or prophesy operating in my life. They came as I made choices and pressed into Jesus. Looking back at the decisions I have made, I can say they have been well worth while. I hope you are able to say the same thing down the road.

Let's pray. Thank You Lord for encouraging my friend. May they realize how You long for fellowship with them. Give them a hunger for Your word and for You and help them to make the right choices in their lives. Help them to pray in tongues more and thus build themselves up in their most Holy faith. (Jude 20).  Amen! I decree that you are blessed and Highly favored by the greatest king of all, JESUS!

A Physchic Fair Came to Town (written in 2000)

About a month ago a psychic fair came to town to the one mall we have. This really bothered me because this is one of my ministry grounds and I'm claiming souls for the kingdom there every time I go there. The fair started on Thursday and I didn't go to the mall that day but I was praying as I drove by. Thursday night the Holy Spirit started talking to me and the conviction that I had to do something about this situation became stronger and stronger.

Friday morning when I woke up I said "OK, I'll go but what can one person do?" The Lord told me to just go. So I did. But first I got my husbands approval then I called my prayer partner for some spiritual back up and I called the church to see if we had any tracks that I could hand out. I then put on a tee shirt with a Christian message, grabbed my bible and drove to the mall. I still didn't have a clue what I was going to do when I got there.

I got to the mall and asked the Lord "Okay, what next?" He just sort of nudged me to walk around the booth where the psychics were and to pray. This was ok for about fifteen minutes then the man there confronted me and asked me what I was doing. I told him "I'm praying for you and all the people here."

He left me alone for a little while then came back and told me he wanted me to leave. I asked "Why?" and he evaded the question. I had the witness in my heart that my spiritual warfare (2Cor.10:4-5) had been successful and he was frustrated. So I just kept walking around, praying and singing. As people left the booth I gave them tracks about salvation and hearing from God all the while praying that He would multiply the seed I had sown.

About 15 minutes later mall security came by and started threatening me that if I didn't leave they would call the police and have me put in jail. I asked "What for?" and they said that I was not allowed to distribute tracks with out the manager's permission. I asked if I could talk to the manager and they said he was out but that he would be back at two and talk to him then. I replied "Ok, I'll talk to him then."

I bought a drink and kept praying in English and in tongues as I walked around that booth. I was able to bind the spirit of divination operating in the man, that's why he got so upset. He was having a hard time reading his tarot cards. The lady was a different story. She had opened herself up to sorcery for such a long time that every time I bound the evil spirit in her another one would take it's place. I asked the Lord what was going on and He said she was like a channel for evil spirits. The prayer I got for her was ‘to confound her'. So I walked around asking the Lord to 'confound' her wondering, "What does confound mean?" (God has a real sense of humor). Anyhow, it worked. I found out later from someone I witnessed to that she was unable to do any detailed readings that weekend. (Confound means to bewilder or confuse, to perplex or mix up and it's actually in my KJV bible, Micah 3:7)

Because I was unable to stop people from making appointments to see the psychics I asked the Lord to take control of the readings so that the enemy could not influence these people. I know what it's like to be deceived so I just kept crying out to the Lord to have mercy on these people and to save them. Praise the Lord, He always hears our heart's cry.

I left for a while to get my kids because I figured if my teenager was shopping I had a perfectly legitimate reason to be in the mall. I also called another intercessor to get some more prayer support. When I got back to the mall my pastor happened by and was able to give me some words of wisdom to think about before I talked to mall management. Isn't God good? I was really encouraged to see how God looked after things. I was prepared to go to jail but I was hoping I wouldn't have too.

I was able to witness to five people that day and I handed out around twenty or more tracks. I just kept asking the Lord to multiply the seed sown. There were countless others ministered to as I sang and walked. The Lord kept bringing back various older songs and hymns to sing and I saw some people with tears in their eyes as I sang "Amazing Grace".

Mall management caught up with me again and I was able to ask them if I could rent a table the next year when the psychic fair was on again. The answer was a very encouraging yes, for free! and we shared about the Lord and His love for people. There was no mention made of the threat to call in the police at all!

I worked Friday night all night at my regular job and then I grabbed a few hours of sleep and headed back to the mall on Saturday. On my way there I was really attacked about how useless I would be and how little I would be able to do. My loud response was "It's not my problem. It's my job to be obedient to the Lord so get behind me satan!" Thankfully, that shut up All the what ‘if's' and ‘buts' in my head.

That day the Lord told me to sit down on the park bench close to the psychic booth and wait. So I did and He arranged for me to talk to numerous people. The Lord gave me words of encouragement, words of knowledge and words of wisdom for all of those precious people. He is so faithful. I was reminded of the scripture where the Lord says not to worry about what you are going to say because He'll give you the words to speak. (Matt. 10:19-20) He sure did!

People today are crying out for answers and one lady in particular was so stunned when I showed her my marked up bible and said "This is a record of God talking to me. Every highlight, every note is something He showed me or taught me. You too can have a bible like this one if you'll ask Jesus to be Lord of your life."

Another young lady shared how much it was going to cost her around $50.00 to see the psychic and I was able to share with her how much God loved her and how He longed to talk with her- for free. She didn't think God cared. I was able to share with her scripture verses to correct her thinking, plant the seeds of salvation and leave her a tract with our church number on it.

One man was all excited to go see the psychic because he had been waiting quite a while for one to come to town. I am so glad that Jesus is always available. Our God neither ‘slumbers nor sleeps' and "He hears the desire of the humble; He will prepare our hearts and cause our ears to hear Him. (Ps. 121:3 and Ps.10:17)

I shared with at least fifteen people and there were others who were just listening but not taking part in the conversation. I saw some people get up and leave only to find out later that I had spoken revelation knowledge into their lives that I had no way of knowing. I replied back to one lady who remarked on this "God knows her situation better than anybody!"

The people at the booth were not happy that I was there witnessing and testifying about the Lord but I'm still praying for Peter and Christina. You see, God loves them too. They know I'll be back next year and they know that the Christian God is the real God so we'll see if they show up.

God willing, I'll be there, with lots of back up support. Praise the Lord!

I pray this article encourages you to ask God what you can do in your neighborhood for Him.   It's not about being the most important, or the most polished, all He needs is our willingness and obedience and we can make a huge difference for eternity.  Bless you, in Jesus' Name!

Remember...

"I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done." (Psalm 143:5) It's very important that we remember what God has done for us. We don't want to be like some of the Israelis who forgot what God did for them, by his power. (Psalm 78:42) God was really angry with them for forgetting all that He had done for them!

The other reason that we want to keep remembering these things is because the bible says that, "the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophesy." (Rev 19:10) As we remember what God has done, the same supernatural (God kind) of faith is released so that we can do it again. That's reason to rejoice!

So I have a couple of pages of personal testimonies I've written down, in point form. They are not in chronological order. If you want, I can elaborate on any that you are interested in: scripture promises, or details of how they happened.

May your faith be encouraged as you read about our Supernatural God!

(You should have seen the people look sideways at me, LOL.)
-3 week old puppy healed from pneumonia.
-Little boy helped in Sunday school (set free from a tormenting spirit)
-15 dump truck loads of free logs for firewood given to us last month....

Can you see why I can't be discouraged for long? When ever I get under attack, I pull out my sheets of testimonies and remind the devil and myself how many times God has come through for me.
Best of all, He never changes! What He has done for me, He will do for you. We have mountain moving faith because He's inside us! So remember all He's done and put the same mountain moving faith to work again!

Bless you abundantly as you speak to your mountains!
Love,
