Lady on my bus spitting

Hi Saints....  Holy Spirit said I should share some of the encounters I have had on my bus...so here's one of them.

I always claim my bus for the glory of God and pray that people will feel Holy Spirit on my bus.   Usually those that are afflicted will stop at my bus door and turn away because what's in them doesn't like what's in me, lol.

But this evening was different.  I was driving the 8 to Abbotsfield and this older lady got on my bus.  She couldn't have been more than 110 lbs.  She was definitely homeless and her hair was all matted.   As soon as she got past the driver's seat she started to manifest and growl in a deep man's voice.  So I started praying in tongues and she got worse!

Next she started to spit on the floor, all over the place!  I did pray as soon as she came on that my passengers and myself would be protected and we were praise God!   The smell on her was making people gag. Old urine, feces and body odor combined made a potent brew let me tell you!

So I called control and said I have to stop my bus because this lady is contaminating the whole bus with her spit and dirty clothes.   As I pulled over I was still praying and I pulled out my crocheting to help me relax.  Then it dawned on me,,, ask Holy Spirit what to do!    So I did!  and He said to start blessing her.

"Lord, bless this precious lady!   Let your mercy triumph in her life!  Only you know the traumas she's been through!  So don't let her miss heaven!  Angel's go and help her.  Let your light shine in her heart. Don't let the enemy win in her life!"

Well let me tell you..  she got really agitated when I started to bless her;  moving from seat to seat and getting more vocal.  I felt to open both doors even though it was cold out and  within a few seconds she left my bus!   I  guess what was in her didn't want me blessing her and breaking the curses off of her!  To God be all the glory!!!

The rest of my shift was pretty calm...    So your take away from this testimony should be when you don't know what to do bless them!   You might be the only person in years that will do that!

Bless you my friends!  Have a great day with Holy Spirit!

Real Faith?

God is no respecter of persons.(Acts 10:34)  That means you and I are not favorites.  He does say however, that the just shall live by his/her faith.   (Rom. 1:17)
You say, "I have faith,"....  Well then tell me your recent testimonies!  Not as easy eh?

The truth is that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. (Rom. 10:17)   If we want faith we need to get a hold of the word of God, either by hearing it preached by anointed people or by reading it.  Then when a promise or verse hits our spirit we need to write that down and make a note of it.

Then as we start to meditate on it and speak it over and over we get revelation on it and it becomes a rhema word to us.   Then the next step is to decree that word over ourselves and our situations.   This is when our faith becomes active.   You see faith that can't be tested can't be trusted.  As you get tested your faith will become stronger and you'll see more victories.  Then the best part is you'll be able to pray for others and they'll get victories too!

It's the same for each one of us.  There are no short cuts.    I have results because for  over 20 years I spent  time speaking the promises of God over myself and my situations.   There is so much truth to the saying, "If you want a change you must make a change!"

So you want victory?  Do the work....  It's that simple.

God has no favorites.... He's promised to reward the people that diligently seek him and since he is His word and he's the living word  your best life is to seek Him! (Heb. 11:6, John 1:1)

Just think, after twenty years of your tv shows where will you be?  Or after 20 years of your hobby where will you be?  Where do you want to be?  That's what changed me.  I really, really wanted to make a difference.  I liked it when someone I knew used to say that all hell went on red alert when I woke up in the morning.    The choice is up to you.... I have lots of good confessions in this blog that will help you get started.   And Holy Spirit will highlight some good faith filled preachers for you if you ask.

Have a great day knowing how much you are loved by an amazing God!

Horse Testimony

Here's a testimony from last week.  A friend was having problems with her horse that had foundered very badly last year, to the point that some thought it would be better to put the horse down.

Well thanks to God and a lot of persistent people the horse survived and was doing quiet well although it wasn't on grass.

I knew that God could heal the cause of the foundering because he did it in an old mare I bought, not knowing that she had foundered.  The farrier enlightened me when he trimmed her hooves the first time.  I looked up what foundering meant and realized what a chore if would be to try to keep this horse off of rich grass in the Spring.  So I asked the Lord to reverse the diagnosis and heal the cause of the foundering.

Well, every Spring thereafter I would remind this mare that she didn't have founder and that she was going to be just fine on grass.  Now I wasn't stupid.  I normally put them out for a couple of hours the first day or two then increase it to about 10 hours for a few days, then I let them out full time.

God answered and she was always fine with no swelling or discomfort.

Back to my girlfriend's horse.  She had been through this harrowing experience with her horse and didn't have the faith to believe that God could reverse the diagnosis.  I understood completely, so I volunteered to go pray for her horse in person.

I showed up on the day she asked me to come and no one was around.  The dogs were barking wildly, but nobody was up.  The Lord told me to go ahead and pray for the horse.  So I walked to the back paddock and all the horses tried  to greet me, except the one I wanted.

I shooed the others away and when I started to pray he walked away from me, time and time again.  I asked the Lord to break off any curses that had been spoken over him and immediately he settled down and let me scratch him.  What a character he was!  I asked the Lord what was up and he said that the horse wasn't used to seeing the Glory on people.  Hmmm..... that's something to think about.

Nothing significant happened that I can recall and I didn't get stopped by any suspicious people.  I went home and carried on with my daily routine.

I sent my girlfriend a text to let her know that I had been over in the morning and that she could start him on grass anytime.

I got a call the next morning and  she said,  "How could you have known that he was going to get out last night and eat grass ALL NIGHT LONG?"

I replied, "I didn't. I just did what God told me to do."

"Well,  he got out last night and was happily munching grass all night and he's fine. No swelling and he's not lame."

Was she every happy.... That was quite the testimony for those who know this horse and his history.

Praise the Lord!  The only diagnosis that is permanent is the one you won't ask King Jesus about.

I bless you today! May you be challenged to let Jesus be Lord over all.  What he says goes.... that's the way to live. Amen."

Healing Testimonies

I love it.  These are two fellows from our church.  www.wcca.ca   I remember when Glen came to our church the first time.  God had me prophesy over him as he was leaving.

Laurin was a fellow Glenn brought in for prayer because he needed healing.  We prayed for him a couple of times and Laurin got touched so mightily that he's been going out and doing the stuff.

To God be all the Glory!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtm1SdSPF38&feature=plcp&context=C394f883UDOEgsToPDskKaxJCkhviihcM_pSEHHW_3

Enjoy!  This is available to all.  There are so many testimonies of regular people being changed and going out and doing the stuff (bringing the Kingdom of God wherever they go).

I speak boldness over you and me!  That we don't waste the opportunities.  That we ask the Lord to use us every day!  We are bold because we are righteous!  We've not been given a spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind! Greater is he that's in you than he that's in the world. (Prov. 28:1, 2Tim. 1:7, 1John 4:4)

Bless you!

Turning Thorns Into Trophies

"To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. "(2Cor. 12:7)

I love it.  We serve such a great God that every thorn the enemy sends against us we can turn into a trophy for our Lord Jesus. Let me show you how.

As we start praying for others let's say for healing we will get some back lash... it's inevitable. A pesky thorn has attacked us.  This provides us with the opportunity to get stronger in the promises of healing and protection... or stay sick and endure the torment.

God allows in his wisdom what he could easily prevent by his power.  His grace will come and help us.  His power is made perfect in our weakness. (ref. 2Cor. 12:9) He will show us how to fight and remind us of promises to speak out loud.  Some good healing confessions are here...

http://greatcommissionhow2s.blogspot.com/2011/10/confessions-for-hospital-patient.html

He might also tell you to take communion and/or get a friend to agree with you for healing.  Often when I can't get the breakthrough on my own, getting a fellow believer to agree with me will assure the victory.  Don't forget the power of getting your spouse to agree with you!  Even if all they say is "Amen," that's agreement enough. God honors covenant and will use it to bust the enemies attack.

Sometimes, when the thorn is pesky enough and I have done all that I know to do, I go on the offensive and start praying for everyone I know that might be experiencing any type of physical symptom.  I have got a thorn temporarily, but I am going to be a costly target.  When I start praying in tongues for lots of people it doesn't take long and all the symptoms leave.

Therefore, I encourage you... be an expensive target.   Turn that little thorn into a huge trophy for the Lord.   Every single word of knowledge that I have learned was once a thorn in my flesh. PTL!  Here's an article I wrote about them and the list keeps growing. I love it!  http://greatcommissionhow2s.blogspot.com/2010/10/quick-check-list-for-words-of-knowledge.html

One other note... you might notice that when you start to pray for people or come into the vicinity of people that the symptom starts up again.  Sometimes I have found that this can be triggered by another spirit that is attached to the person you are praying for. (We all have angelic and demonic assignments)  So, because you are spiritually sensitive in the area you have been fighting, that's the fastest way Holy Spirit can alert you to pray.

Another way of looking at it is that the devil is the worst street fighter ever.  He always goes for your weak spot.  Since you are weak, as in 'under attack' in that area, he will try to hit you there.

Therefore, do not be discouraged. You are achieving great victories.   The better you get at putting on your armor every day and the more you give your victories away, the stronger you will become in the spirit realm. (ref. Eph. 6:10-18, 1John. 5:4, Matt. 10:8)  So use wisdom and let Holy Spirit guide you.  When you are struggling to like a person, is not the time to do major warfare on their behalf.  You might want to fill up your love tank first. (ref. Rom. 5:5)

If you have any questions, let me know. There's an area for comments at the end of the post.

I bless you today with the ability to see your thorn as an opportunity to get a trophy for the Lord Jesus.  May you be endued with his power and grace and may you have the tenacity and perseverance to turn every trial into a great testimony, in Jesus' name. Amen!

Writing Your Personal Testimony

This is a very powerful tool and I exhort you to start writing yours.  After all, the "Testimony of Jesus and what He's done in your life is the spirit of Prophesy" (ref. Rev. 19:10).

We all have a testimony.   It doesn't have to be earth shattering to be valuable. How God lead you to the truth, is what we want to focus on. There are people that your testimony will reach that won't relate to mine at all.  Every testimony is valuable.

Some helpful pointers:

1. Keep it short and to the point.  Less than  500 words. You want to have  a beginning, key points in your process, the final results and then how the reader can get saved.

2.  Avoid  Christian lingo that unbelievers won't understand.

3. Edit, edit and edit.  Get a friend to help you with that.

4. Make sure you are clear about what they need to do to get saved.

5.  Leave them with an address, phone number or web site to get more information.

6. Use a card making program for your  layout.

When you want to hand them out you can use an opener like, "Here's my story. I hope you like it."
I had great success giving this out at the University and at the Mall.  The personal touch really adds a lot to it.

Now, I'm going to show you my first attempt at writing my testimony and then we can critique it together, okay? Here goes...

My Story...

I was sick of living.  Tired of the parties, the drinking, all the games I played trying to forget my life. Nothing was changed the following morning. I was still the same, just more tired.  I’d been told so many times that I was 'a failure' that I had started believing it.  I didn’t know how to get out of the rut.  I was tired of running from myself and my past. I had no hope and I was really tired of all the mind-games people played.

I didn’t know much about God. I knew I was a sinner.  I lied, I sweared constantly,  I didn’t obey my parents and I was hurting so bad that I didn't care.

One night I tried to end it all with an overdose of drugs and a twenty-sixer of Vodka.  I blurted out, “If there’s a God, I really need to know.” Nothing happened so I kept drinking. Later, I noticed that every time I passed out something would jar me awake in my bed.

I was all by myself in my little room. I knew that. I couldn't move on my own at all!  I was just waiting for the drugs and alcohol to do their work.  I got mad the second time it happened.  I thought to myself “Gees *@!!  I can’t even die right!”

Then it dawned on me that I was being kept alive.  What a feeling! To all of a sudden discover that there is something out there, and that He cares about a failure like me. Peace like I’ve never felt before washed over me and I fell into a deep, deep sleep.

I woke up the next morning with no side effects at all. Amazing, as I had taken enough drugs to kill a horse, so to speak.  I had absolutely no idea what to do at this point.  I knew I should be dead.

It took me a while to find that peace again...

He’s got a name. It’s Jesus.  I was always a keener and I started checking out things I had been told.  We were taught a lot of lies in school.

Over twenty years later and I’d never go back.  Yes, there have been some rough times, but He’s never left me. I went back to school and graduated. Then I got an engineering degree. I have four children now, when the doctors gave me no hope of ever having children.  Jesus--He’s my healer too.   He's Wisdom too. There’s so much wisdom in the Bible.  It’s helped turn around my self-talk and break the curses of the past.  Life is so worth living. When you have Jesus and He’s Lord of your life, you have a great destiny.

So where are you?

If I told you that you would eventually have to jump off an airplane, you’d want to be wearing a parachute, right? Just knowing that one existed won't help you.  In the same way, we are all going to die someday and the parachute is Jesus.  "There is no other name by which man can be saved" (John 14:6).  You don’t have to believe me. Check it out like I did.  No other religion ‘forgives sin.”

I hope you start asking questions too, and may you find Jesus, the Prince of Peace!

God bless you, in Jesus’ Name!!

------------------------------------------------------

This was the first tract I did.  I had good success giving it to students at the university and to people at the malls.

If I were going to do it again I would include scripture.  I would change the part after
"So where are you?"  to something like...

If you died today do you know for certain that you would go to heaven or are you just hoping? I've got good news for you.  The bible says that if you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and confess him with your mouth, You shall be saved. (Romans 10:9-10)  Just ask Jesus  to forgive all the things you've done wrong and come into your heart to stay.
 God Bless you!

If you've done that  or have any questions we want to hear from you.  Please contact us at the following address, phone number, church etc.

I hope this encourages you to work on your testimony.  We should always be able to share it with somebody verbally, whenever we have the opportunity, because it truly is a miracle. God will use it for His Glory to touch other lives.  Hallelujah!

Let me bless you now. "Lord I ask that you would help this reader to write out his/her testimony and that You would show them how to word it.   Help them  to memorize the important parts.  Help them to learn Your word so that they can share it with others and give them boldness to do this.  In Jesus' Name I ask. Amen!"

Seeking God Update

Well, it's  two weeks today and it's getting easier and easier to set aside time to seek the Lord.
A couple of times the Lord's laughter bubbled up inside me even before I sat down in my room.  Another time I got the "Wedding March" song as I walked up stairs.

I have the assurance that He is working while I wait on him (Is. 64:4)  My house hasn't fallen apart either! LOL.  I was a teensy bit concerned about that, I must admit.  With three teenagers and all of us busy, it can get pretty chaotic around here.

So please be encouraged by my little testimony.  It is always worth while to set aside time for Him.  I can't go into all the breakthroughs I have seen so far because I want to protect people's privacy, but trust me-- it's worth it all.  He's worth it all!

I was so encouraged to hear that the National House of Prayer (www.nhop.ca) is asking all Canadian Christians to pray and fast this month, on behalf of Canada.  God's on the move! Revival come now, in Jesus' Name!

Let me bless you now: "Lord I decree that the person reading this article right now, is precious in Your sight and has a special destiny in You.  May they know Your joy that passes understanding.  Bless them as they try to put You first in their lives and make time to seek Your heart.  Give them an oasis of Your presence in their homes like You've done for me. In Jesus' name I ask. Amen!"

Frustration!

Frustrated
I used to be so frustrated because things were not happening the way I wanted or in the time frame I desired.

It wasn't getting me anywhere except upset and living with no fruit of the Spirit in my life.

I mean lets' face it, when we are frustrated with God thinking that He's holding out on us do we really want to spend time with Him?  Of course not!

If we, being imperfect would not do that to our children, then how can we ever entertain the thought that God would deliberately withhold answers from us?  It doesn't make sense.

When I was worshiping one day I asked the Lord what to do because I can't worship when I am frustrated.  He showed me that He loves me more than I will ever know. He is for me and He supports me.  He will never leave me nor desert me when I need help.

If the problem is not God then it's something else.  Hmmmm, I asked Him what to do and I heard Ps. 112. I started reading and verse 4 caught my eye, "even in darkness, light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man."  Therefore no matter what's going on I can ask for His light to shine on my problem. James 1:5 also gives us ammunition, " If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him."

Now that I know I have the right I can pursue God for answers.  The Bible says that," the secret things belong to the Lord our God but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever," (Deut. 29:29)  God wants us to pursue Him for revelation because whatever we get our children will get too.
He is not holding out on us.

We are told to, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Matt. 7:7)  We have not because we ask not.  Let's don't waste any more time being frustrated when the answers are with God.  It's time to seek His face.

We can ask any old time but I've found that there's a lot of noise going on down here.  Lots of different voices, including any preconceived ideas we might have.   It's a lot easier to get revelation when you are in God's presence.  I have found that in His presence is when I am the most productive.

So we enter His gates with Thanksgiving and His courts with Praise. (Psalm 100:4) We want to do Psalm 91 and abide in His presence. We want His angels to keep us in all our ways and to guard us.  Also,  we repent for the things we have done wrong, that we know of and trust that Holy Spirit will bring things back to our remembrance that we need cleansing from.

If I am having a hard time focusing then I pray in tongues fiercely till I feel I have a release, usually 5-10 minutes. When the worship songs start to come to me then I know I am getting really close to His manifest presence and glory.

Sometimes His presence will come in like a thick heavy blanket and sometimes it's with tears or laughter.  They are all good.  When I get the inner witness that I am in His presence/glory I ask Him what what to do or say to change things.

He's never failed me yet!  He wants us to have victory!  He gets no glory when we are frustrated and speaking all kinds of junk.

He is for us!  He wants to turn our trials into testimonies! We are co-laborers with Him!  We are His ambassadors living by the rules of the Kingdom of God. We are supposed to be blessed all the time in all ways. We are victors not victims through Holy Spirit! Now that's a lot better than being frustrated.

I want to bless you with  His joy in your journey.  I decree that Your times with the Lord as You seek Him are fruitful and protected from distractions. I speak Life over you. I ask, "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe." (Eph. 1:17-19) Amen.

Remember...

"I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done." (Psalm 143:5) It's very important that we remember what God has done for us. We don't want to be like some of the Israelis who forgot what God did for them, by his power. (Psalm 78:42) God was really angry with them for forgetting all that He had done for them!

The other reason that we want to keep remembering these things is because the bible says that, "the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophesy." (Rev 19:10) As we remember what God has done, the same supernatural (God kind) of faith is released so that we can do it again. That's reason to rejoice!

So I have a couple of pages of personal testimonies I've written down, in point form. They are not in chronological order. If you want, I can elaborate on any that you are interested in: scripture promises, or details of how they happened.

(You should have seen the people look sideways at me, LOL.)
-3 week old puppy healed from pneumonia.
-Little boy helped in Sunday school (set free from a tormenting spirit)
-15 dump truck loads of free logs for firewood given to us last month....

Can you see why I can't be discouraged for long? When ever I get under attack, I pull out my sheets of testimonies and remind the devil and myself how many times God has come through for me.
Best of all, He never changes! What He has done for me, He will do for you. We have mountain moving faith because He's inside us! So remember all He's done and put the same mountain moving faith to work again!

Bless you abundantly as you speak to your mountains!
Love,
Brenda Gale
